Present Simple Basic Definition

Definition

present simple वह sentence होते हैं जो इस बात को दर्शाते हैं कि क्या होता है या subject क्या करता है।
for example:

मैं जाता हूं = I go.
वह हंसती है = she laughs.

आसान शब्दों में आप ऐसे भी समझ सकते है कि hindi में जिन sentences के आखिर में
"ता हूं", "ती हूं", "ता है", "ती है" और "ते हैं" आते हैं उन sentences को हम present simple कहते हैं।

Positive Syntax

I + verb1
Singular subject + verb1+s
Plural subject + verb1

Examples:

I read = मैं पढ़ता हूं/ मैं पढ़ती हूं?

He works = वह काम करता है?
She goes = वह जाती है?
Rahul stays = राहुल ठहरता है?
Seema reads = सीमा पढ़ती है?

We work = हम काम करते हैं?

Negative Syntax

I + don't + verb1
Singular subject + doesn't + verb1
